Weekly Weigh-In

I spent most of this last week sick. Again thanks Commonwealth Region family! Just kidding. Kinda. Anyways I spent most of this last week not wanting to work out and to lay in bed and watch mindless tv. I did work out this week, but not to the intensity that I normally do. With all that being said, I lost one pound this week which is fine. I lost weight this week and that is all that matters! It has been so worth it! In three pounds I will have lost 55 lbs on this program and 60 overall. When that happens, I will be 2/3 of the way done. That is my next goal weight to reach.
