After last week's zero pound weight loss, I'm back on track losing two this week! If I lose one pound a week from here on out, it will be the last week of September before I hit my goal weight. Really hoping it happens before then! I would love to finish this in under a year. I have lost 66 pounds on the program for a total of 71 overall! I have 19 pounds to go! Eeek! Less than 20!
Also started what we call Healthy Solutions today. I still eat my meal replacements (now down from 5 shakes to 3 plus the regular 2 entrees) plus I get to add in fruits and veggies. The first week you just do 2 servings of veggies a day - and only veggies. Next week I will have 3 servings of veggies or fruits. The final week I'll do 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday. I will keep this up until I get to my goal weight. Then I will add in lean proteins followed by other food. I'm excited to enjoy foods like corn again. I had a baked potato with my chili for dinner tonight. It was rather glorious!
My brother, sister-in-law, and their three boys are coming into town this weekend. Amber is brining down a bunch of clothes for me from her and her sister, Jess. I'm real excited about this stuff! It feels like Christmas! I'll be sure to post pictures!
